Student cancellations may be made up to 21 calendar days of the scheduled start date without charge. Full charge will be applied to cancellations within 21 days of the scheduled start date. "No Shows" are handled as late cancellations.

Soft Test Inc. will notify all students at least two weeks in advance if there is a need to cancel or reschedule a class. In the event of a cancellation any payment made toward the cancelled class will be refunded or may optionally be applied to a future class. Travel arrangements are the student's responsibility, Soft Test Inc. assumes no liability for any cancellation fees that may be incurred.
