Biography
Guy Perry - Soft Test Inc.
Guy Perry is president of Soft Test Inc., a semiconductor test engineering consulting firm, and was the founder of the company in 1984. Guy has over 30 years of experience in the semiconductor test industry and has developed test software for a wide variety of circuit designs.
Guy is the author of The Fundamentals of Digital Semiconductor Test. Guy shares his knowledge and experience through a series of classes, tutorials and technical publications offered by Soft Test Inc.
