Biography
Chris Nelson - Intel Corp
Chris Nelson has been with Intel for 21 years, doing test engineering work on a broad array of VLSI testers. Chris has been active in several of the STIL standards efforts and a key player in the OPENSTAR(tm) tester software definition.
Recent work has been in creating test method libraries and test program/pattern development tools to enable engineering productivity and production stability. His current work is in mixed signal and RF production test solutions.
