Bob Huston

Bob Huston is one of the founding engineers in ATE system design. He developed major ATE systems at Fairchild, Schlumberger, Trillium, Credence, and 3^rd Millenium Corp.’s. He has lectured at the International Test Conference on ATE architecture.
