Biography
Rob Aitken - Artisan Components
Rob Aitken has been in the IC test engineering profession for over 15 years. He has won two Best Paper Awards from the International Test Conference, and served as the Program Chair in 2001 and General Chair in 2005. He has worked for Hewlett-Packard, Agilent, and Artisan Corporations. He has lectured extensively through the world on many subjects in Test Engineering.
